Smith, best known for her character Wanda McCullough, the wife of Bernie Mac on The Bernie Mac Show, is Chicago-born and has been acting for over 20 years.Kellita discovered her acting skills when cast in the play, Tell It Like It Tiz which was a tour of the U.S. for two years. Smith is famous for her work on the Bernie Mac Show which she has hosted for over seven years. Other characters include UPN Malcolm & Eddie, CBS Nash Bridges, FOX Televisions Mart, FOX Televisions Sister, Sister, and NYPD Blue. Recently released films include Roll Bounce, a Fox 2000 Film; King Ransom with New Line Cinema; Fox Searchlight Kingdom Come starring Whoopi goldberg; Marimax the Crossing Guard together with Jack Nicolson.
